Working process of tissue paper machine:

After the pulp is sized, filled and cleaned, the pulp with suitable paper making properties is fed into the pulp headbox equipment of the paper machine at a concentration of 0.3 percent -1.3 percent . Furthermore, after the paper is distributed and leveled through the head distributor and headbox, the paper flows uniformly and steadily to the surface of the former. After the pulp flows to the centerline of the breast roll on the mesh shell, it is gradually filtered and dewatered to form a continuous wet paper web. Cleaning boxes are generally equipped with forming and drying components such as box rolls, vacuum pump suction boxes and couch rolls. After the wet paper is dehydrated to a certain dryness (usually about 20 percent ), it is peeled off from the paper and sent to the press section for further dehydration.

The structure principle of tissue paper machine:

The tissue paper machine can be regarded as a linkage machine composed of multiple sets of equipment. It is usually divided into two parts: the wet part and the dry part. The wet end includes the stock flow equipment, the wire section and the press section; the dry end includes the dryer section, calenders and winders.

The press section of a tissue paper machine consists of several sets of roll presses. The wet paper web is drawn by the press felt for mechanical dewatering between the press rolls. In order to maintain the good dewatering performance of the press felt, a felt cleaning device is provided on the press roll. After passing through the press section, the dryness of the wet web can typically reach about 40 percent .

The wet web is usually further dewatered by heating, evaporation and drying on a dryer cylinder. The dryer section of a tissue machine usually consists of a number of drying cylinders heated from the inside by steam. The drying cylinder is covered with a dry felt (or canvas, dry wire) to press the paper web tightly on the surface of the drying cylinder, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency and the surface quality of the paper web. After drying, a 6-8 roll calender is usually used to improve the surface quality of the web.
